The service provides organisation, alignment, and delivery support for IT projects. The specific scope, duration, fees, and responsibilities of any engagement are defined in a separate engagement contract between the user and the service. Statements on this site describe the service in general terms and do not bind the contents of any individual contract.
3. Confidentiality
Information obtained from users is used strictly within the scope of the engagement and is not disclosed to third parties. See the privacy policy for the full statement.
4. Limitation of liability
The service responds in good faith on the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of the information it provides within the scope of each contract. Final decisions remain the user's responsibility. The service does not accept liability beyond the scope of the contract for outcomes resulting from decisions or actions taken on the basis of its advice.
5. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, and source code published on this site are, in principle, owned by re:flerd or the legitimate rights holders. To reproduce or redistribute beyond the scope of fair quotation, please contact us in advance.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised when laws change or the service changes. Material updates will be announced on this site. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the service's location.
