1. Information collected
The service collects names, organisation, email addresses, role, and the content of enquiries when you contact us, request a consultation, or enter into an engagement. Beyond that, business and system information about your organisation may be shared with us under explicit agreement.
2. How information is used
Information collected is used solely to reply to enquiries, deliver the engagement, perform contractual obligations, and stay in touch with you (replies, quotes, progress updates). It is never reused for marketing, profiled, or sold to any third party.
3. Confidentiality
All conversations are treated as confidential from the first message — including the fact that the conversation took place. Where a separate non-disclosure agreement is needed, scope, term, and shape can be discussed and put in place individually.
4. Disclosure to third parties
No information is shared with third parties except as required by law or with the organisation's explicit consent. If outside specialists (lawyers, accountants) need to be involved, that is agreed with the organisation in advance and limited to the minimum needed.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as needed to deliver the engagement. After completion, and except where retention is required by law, data is deleted promptly and in agreement with the organisation. Digital data is removed in a form that prevents recovery.
6. Safeguards
Storage is encrypted, access is minimised, two-factor authentication is enforced, and regular audits are performed to prevent leakage, loss, and tampering. If an incident does occur, the organisation is notified promptly, the scope is investigated, and corrective measures are taken.
7. Your rights
On reasonable request, you can ask to see, correct, restrict use of, or delete the information held about you. Send requests to the address at the bottom of this page.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy may be revised when laws change or the service changes. Material updates will be announced on this site.
