1. Scope
These terms are the conditions for everyone who uses this site ("users"). Where a user and we conclude a separate contract, that contract takes precedence over these terms.
2. What we provide
We provide embedded governance for IT projects (the service this site describes) and engineering of computing (Scqr); the two are contracted separately. The specific scope, duration, fees, and responsibilities of any engagement are defined in a separate engagement contract between the user and us. Statements on this site describe our services in general terms and do not bind the contents of any individual contract.
3. Confidentiality
Information obtained from users is used within the purposes set out in the privacy policy, and is not provided to third parties except as required by law or as set out in that policy.
4. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the information on this site is accurate, complete, useful, or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence. Responsibilities within our services are set in individual contracts.
5. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, and source code published on this site are, in principle, owned by Reflerd Inc. or the legitimate rights holders. To reproduce or redistribute beyond the scope of fair quotation, please contact us in advance.
6. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when laws change or when this site or our services change. The revised terms are published on this site and apply from the date shown there. Material changes are announced on this site before they apply.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes between a business and us concerning these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in the first instance. Disputes with consumers are subject to the courts provided by law. If the Japanese and English versions of these terms differ, the Japanese version prevails.
